1. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products.
  • An exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchange requests are accepted only in case of damaged or defective items.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • All exchange requests are subject to approval after inspection by our Quality Check Department.

3. No Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Customers are advised to carefully check the size chart before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.

4. Quality Check & Approval

  • Once the product is received by us, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • Exchange approval will be granted only if the product meets our exchange criteria.

5. Exchange Product Availability

  • If the requested exchange product or size is not available, we will issue a store credit code.
  • The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Kindly share clear images or videos of the product to help us verify the issue quickly.

7. No Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for any orders.
  • In approved cases, resolution will be offered only through exchange or store credit.
